Hello, its been a while. I hope you had a fun summer🏖☀️

As I've recently gained some new followers (hi and welcome👋), and I mentally prepare for the season that always challenges me to embrace it better each year, I thought I would share some gems about self-care during Autumn and Winter over the coming weeks.

So, feet first!! They have had a lot of exposure recently, and they are shouting at you😂 so before you put them away for months, give them a little care like you would dry clean a favourite suit or dress before you store it away. Try my extended Reflexology treatment with foot soak and exfoliation, 75 mins at Hever Health. This one is for the men too, I see you hiding at the back!

What do you enjoy about this season?

Hey, how are you feeling this Thursday? I'm loving the heat, as thankfully I'm not in the kitchen to cook🥵😜

A few orders have rolled in this week, particularly for this superstar blend, BREATHE.

From alleviating mosquito bites, to clearing sinuses, this little bottle packs a punch!

*Pop it on a tissue or dab straight onto stings.

*Add a few drops to your suncream or body cream to deter bugs.

*Put a few drops in your electric diffuser to relax the airways.

A beautiful afternoon had recently with a creative group of W.I. ladies for an Aromatherapy Workshop!

We began by creating their own aromatherapy blends for Mood Rollerball perfumes after an insight into the properties of different essential oils.

We followed with a bit of creative fun making hanging car/wardrobe diffusers. They smelled and looked amazing!!🌷🌼🌻🥀

Thank you so much to for capturing the day beautifully❤️✨️

DM me to host your own Aromatherapy Workshop with friends, club or social group.
