Super fun gorgeous Yoga wellness sessions today with the nicest folk and Lizzie’s chilled dairy goats at brocksbushes.

So greatful to work alongside my old school friend Lizzie at Stony Pasture.

we have decided to extend our offerings we are reaching out into our community to for ongoing opportunities 🙏
