We’re really grateful to everyone who took the time to share their experience with us last month.

Out of 232 responses received, 89.6% of patients said they had a positive experience in our practice. We were especially pleased to hear your kind words about our team’s care, professionalism and support during appointments. Comments highlighted how welcomed, reassured and well looked after patients felt – which is exactly the experience we aim to provide every day.

Your feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can continue to improve. Thank you again for your continued support and for helping us shape our services.

As temperatures rise, it’s important to take a few simple steps to keep yourself and your loved ones well. Hot weather can lead to dehydration, overheating, heat exhaustion and heatstroke if we’re not careful.

Top tips to stay well:
💧 Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day
🕶️ Stay in the shade, especially between 11am and 3pm
👕 Wear light, loose clothing and a wide-brimmed hat
🏠 Keep your home cool by closing curtains during the day
🚿 Take cool showers or use cool water on your skin
👀 Check in on older neighbours, friends and family

People most at risk include older adults, young children and those with long-term health conditions.

If you or someone else feels unwell in the heat, it may be heat exhaustion or heatstroke, so it’s important to act quickly and seek advice if needed.
