After the latest announcements, regarding the ongoing closures in hospitality, retail and leisure, we want to inform that Blueberry Hearing Services will continue to offer Ear Wax Removal and hearing tests in all our clinics and in the comfort of your home.
Our clinics were closed between late March and late June as there were concerns on how to keep everyone safe. We all learned a huge amount during the first lockdown and as healthcare providers our professional bodies are supporting us to remain open and audiology services are considered as essential services.
Since late May/ June, we were given the evidence and advice on the PPE and steps required to safely stay open and welcome you again.
If you have visited us since June, you will have experienced the precautions we have put in place for your safety as well as the safety of everybody in our enterprise.
A Covid-19 triage questionnaire when you book your appointment: this questionnaire must be completed in safety before the start of your appointment, face coverings indoors, spaced out appointments: one out/ one in, medical PPE for procedures and an intensive cleaning schedule, to name a few.
We are confident that we have created a safe environment where we can keep you safe as you receive your medical care.
For us, your health is the biggest priority.
