Every day, our pharmacy teams support patients, carers and families affected by dementia through trusted relationships built at the heart of communities across the UK. Often, it’s the small moments, a kind conversation, patience, reassurance, or simply feeling recognised and understood — that can make the biggest difference.
Through this partnership, we’ll be supporting our colleagues with dementia awareness, improved signposting and community engagement to help make our pharmacies even more informed, supportive and accessible spaces for those affected by dementia.
As community pharmacies, we are in a unique position to support people close to home, and we hope this partnership will make a meaningful difference to patients, carers and families across the communities we serve.
