We’re blown away by the response to our Summer Solstice Sauna & Soundbath experience — this event is now officially SOLD OUT.

A huge thank you to everyone who has booked on. We can’t wait to share an afternoon of heat, cold, sound, stillness and connection in nature with you all.

We’re especially excited to be collaborating with the wonderful and .in.the.woods to bring this experience together.

We brought the bump and the sauna to 🔥🌿🤰

What a weekend.

Spent a few days with good friends, met some brilliant people, caught some quality sets and somehow managed to squeeze in a bit of sleep along the way.

The sauna was packed all weekend, which was awesome to see. Lots of people choosing to start the day with a sweat, a cold plunge and a bit of calm before heading back into the festival.

Massive thanks to everyone who came through, shared stories, braved the heat (and the cold) and helped make it what it was.

Great atmosphere, great crowd and a festival with loads of potential.

This is one of two barn owls currently hunting the fields around the sauna each evening to feed their chicks 🦉

Most nights around 6–7pm they appear silently over the grass hunting for mice as the sun starts to drop.

We’re truly blessed to be surrounded by this sort of nature here in Devon and if you book an evening sauna session with us, there’s a good chance you’ll witness moments like this firsthand.
