100 Broad jump burpees
10 Broad Jump Burpees followed by 10 Press ups and hold plank
(5 press ups slower option) once everyone in plank instructor shout go for next 10 until 100 are done.

100 step lunges with Slam Ball
10 Lunges followed by 10 Slams then hold slam ball above head
(5 Slams for slower option) once everyone is ready instructor shout go for next 10 until 100 are done.

Slam Ball KB Carry Tabata
Carrying a KB and Slam ball in one hand and Slam Ball on shoulder sprint for 20 secs, then 15 secs to change hands KB shoulder Slam Ball and turn around. Keep going 8 rounds.

Pyramid Press ups
12 Press Ups and then plank forward reaches. Once everyone reaching give 15 secs rest and then repeat 11 and so on down.

100 American Style KB Swings
after 10 go into 5 Bicep Curls followed by Chest Hold, once done go for the next 10.
100 Slam Ball Push and catch

Do 10 then go into slam Ball Plank, once everyone in plank do next 10.

Consistency ❗️

When it comes to nutrition and exercise, mon-thurs is normally pretty straight forward

But as soon as fri-sat-sun comes along...that's when a lot of people fall off track

You see, this is almost half of the entire week

So if you are eating a balanced diet mon-thurs and you fall off the track the rest of the week

Chances are you a undoing all of your hard work ❌

So, stop. Think about when you plan to eat healthily, and then think about how consistent you are really being

1 day a week is fine, any more than that, consistently...and you will undo your hard work

3 Reasons You Cant Lose Weight

1️⃣ You’re not in a calorie deficit.

You can eat clean, exercie and take all the supplements, but if you aren't in a calorie deficit you won't lose weight.

You don't have to count calories, but you do have to be aware of them.

A food log is a great way to keep an eye and stay consistent without counting them rigidly..

2️⃣ You are in a calorie deficit but it's not consistent

Sure, you might be in a deficit for 1 week or 2. But its staying in it consistently that will get you the results

So don't get discouraged and give up after week 1 or 2. Stay consistent

3️⃣ You aren't fully invested

If you're feeling super motivated its easy to start planning your new diet and exercise regime

But motivation doesn't always stick around.

And if you aren't invested, your chances of success are small

Sure, you can invest in a programme...but this isn't the only way.

Join a support group, create a reward system!
