Hi Everyone,
My name is Natalie. I am the founder of Sylvan Soul. I started my Sound Bathing journey last November in 2025 when I gained my certificate. Then I held my first Sound Bath on 4th March 2026. I wanted to give people a place to relax away from the daily grind and Sound Bathing sounded amazing to me. It can lower blood pressure, decrease stress/ cortisol levels, lift mood and help to get a better nights sleep. When attending a Sound Bath you may feel the vibrations, see colours or images and hear different things. It is all down to you as an individual. Some people find it hard to switch off and that's why I always say that it may take more sessions and time to stop the monkey mind as the Japanese say. The main thing when attending a Sound Bath night with me is just to come with an open heart, your comfortable clothes on, a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow and some water for afterward and treat it like a nap with lovely sounds and see what you experience. Even if you just get an hour to yourself that's great too. We all need a bit of peace now and again. I really enjoy playing my instruments, seeing everyone relax and hearing about your experiences.
