Isn’t it funny how through life and without realising, we take simple things for granted? I want to make sure I use mindfulness everyday and appreciate the little things. So here is a little video, appreciating where I grew up ❤️.

Exploring healing modalities such as music therapy and movement has brought me full circle.

It takes me back to my teenage years, when music was more than background noise, it was a lifeline. Whenever I felt overwhelmed, I would listen to this type of music and be able to lose myself in a song.
It let the emotions and energy move through me. Sometimes healing looked like a playlist. Sometimes it looked like dancing around my room to release what words couldn’t express.

Now, I’m rediscovering the power of these practices with a deeper understanding. Music can soothe the nervous system, evoke emotion and create space for reflection. Movement helps shift stagnant energy, reconnect us with our bodies and remind us that healing isn’t always something we think our way through, sometimes it’s something we feel and move through.

It’s amazing how the things that supported us intuitively in our younger years often hold wisdom for us later in life too. ✨🎵💃
