This might be a biased view but to me this is my absolute no.1 training tool.

Strength, power, containing, flexibility, grip.
Because of how it moves it allows you to do more.
Every muscle can be worked. Will you end up like a bodybuilder? Nope because it’s not built for bodybuilding.
BUTTTTTT it can help build muscle 💪🏻
If you have a weakness in movement patterns it will find it and expose it.
It’s a great assessment tool to show me where my clients are not as strong as they should be.
Core is the key principle in kettlebells.
A stable spine means less pain.
Is it hard? Yes.
Will it make you more whole? I know so!
You can take a kettlebell anywhere pretty much.
On holiday, work trip or even to the park.
Grip strength is a key indicator of longevity.
Kettlebells attack grip strength. Your Dr will thank you for it.
If you don’t have a lot of time a 15-30 minute session can easily planned. Effective when you need it most.
There is real skill in using kettlebells.
Don’t just copy from online. Someone should coach you even in the short term.
The skills transfer to other movements in real life. Plus it looks so cool.
Anyone can use kettlebells.
What I will say what everyone can do will be very dependant on the context.
Don’t expect to@be able to do everything you see online.
How you lift shopping.
Picking up your kids.
Reaching in your top cupboard.
That quick sprint to the bus.
You CAN help all these activities with the effects of using kettlebells.
The grit you have to find can be what makes you stronger mentally as well as physically.
I know I’ve gone on a lot about kettlebells but they changed my perspective on training WELL and WHOLESOME.
Get a certified coach because that can be the difference of your investment being wasted or not.
