Hindley Holistic Therapy.

Over the past year, I’ve supported so many of you through hyperbaric oxygen and sauna therapy — focusing on physical wellbeing and recovery.

Later this year, I’ll be expanding my qualifications and training as a practitioner in NLP, Hypnotherapy and CBT.

This will allow me to support clients on a deeper level — working with the mind as well as the body.

These therapies can help with:
