It’s a tough decision to make because the thought of giving up those takeaways, pizza, alcohol etc even short term seems too hard but do you what? You should try it! I never thought I’d go a week without but I did and I lost 5 stone - the results are a real motivation and the changes it makes to your life are incredible - not just fitting into a smaller size clothes but the overall feeling of being so much healthier both mentally and physically x

Give it a go - it really won’t take long at all before you start to feel the change x

So, I’ve lost 7lbs in two weeks, why was I disappointed? It’s because I’m constantly either weighing in clients or reading on social media how much weight people have lost on week 1, week 2 and so on but do you know what? It’s not about anybody else, it’s about me and I’m half a stone lighter than I was two weeks ago so that’s good isn’t it?
