True or False?

You should burst a burn blister to help it heal faster.

❌ False.

Blisters form to protect the damaged skin underneath and help reduce the risk of infection. Bursting them can slow healing and increase the chance of complications.

The best first aid for a burn? Cool it under cool running water for at least 20 minutes and seek medical advice if needed.

Did you know?

You should remove rings, watches, and tight jewellery from a burned area as soon as possible.

Burns can cause swelling, and jewellery may become difficult to remove later, potentially causing further injury.

Just remember don’t remove anything that’s stuck to the burn itself.

Knowing the small details can make a big difference in an emergency. 💙

Did You Know?

Stress doesn’t just affect your mind, it can affect your body too.

Headaches, chest pain, fatigue, muscle tension, and trouble sleeping can all be physical signs of stress.

That’s why it’s so important to check in with yourself, slow down when needed, and reach out for support. 💛

Mental health matters just as much as physical health.
