FEELING TIRED ISN’T ALWAYS “JUST GETTING OLDER”

Do you ever find yourself saying:

❓ “I don’t have the energy I used to.”

❓ “It takes me longer to recover.”

❓ “I’m sleeping, but I still feel tired.”

❓ “My concentration isn’t what it used to be.”

Many people accept these changes as a normal part of ageing.

But what if your body simply needs better support?

What is NMN?

NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) is a naturally occurring compound that helps your body produce NAD+.

NAD+ plays an important role in cellular energy production and overall health.

As we age, NAD+ levels naturally decline, which is one reason many people become interested in supporting their body’s energy systems.

Why are people taking NMN?

Many users report:

✔ Better energy levels

✔ Improved focus and mental clarity

✔ Better recovery from exercise

✔ Increased motivation and productivity

✔ Improved overall wellbeing

My View

As a massage therapist, I’m always looking at ways to help people move better, recover better and feel their best.

Massage is one piece of the puzzle.

Good sleep, exercise, nutrition and recovery habits all matter too.

That’s why I was interested in NMN.

Recovery doesn’t have to be complicated.

A foam roller is one of the simplest tools I regularly recommend for supporting mobility, muscle recovery, and everyday movement at home.

It’s commonly used before or after training, as part of stretching routines, or simply to maintain movement quality over time.

Simple. Practical. Effective.

The roller I’m currently recommending is linked in my bio.

Simple tools often make the biggest difference.

Colour-coded resistance bands are something I regularly recommend for rehab, recovery, and maintaining mobility and strength at home.

They’re versatile, easy to use, and ideal for gradually rebuilding strength or supporting movement without overloading the body.

Shared as part of my ongoing interest in recovery, movement, and long-term physical wellbeing.
