We asked some of our members “Would you rather train in 30° heat or -10° cold?” 🥵🥶
The answers were split… because extremes are hard and that’s exactly the point.
At RAW Inc Training, the only extremes we do are the temperatures in the gym 😅
When it comes to training and nutrition, we don’t believe in starving yourself, training 7 days a week, cutting out foods you enjoy or quick fixes.
We believe in consistency, balance, realistic habits and training that fits your life.
Because results that last don’t come from extremes, they come from what you can stick to.
