Does your training needs a little more purpose?

Booking yourself onto an event, competition, race or challenge can completely change your mindset.

Suddenly those sessions have a reason behind them.

You’re not just training because you should, you’re training because you’ve got something you’re working towards.

You don’t have to be competitive or aiming for a PB. Your challenge might simply be doing something you’ve never done before.

It gives you accountability, keeps you consistent, pushes you and most importantly, gives you the chance to look back and think…

“OMG, look what I just did!” 👀

So, what are you training for?

Sometimes the best way to find your motivation is to step out of your comfort zone and put something in the diary!
