Hi I am Amy, the host of this page and I am the founder of Vagina Truth Bomb, a lymphatic educator and Women’s Health & Wellbeing Mentor. I created Vagina Truth Bomb I want to help change the narratives and attitudes surrounding women's health & wellbeing to ones that are more POSITIVE & more INFORMED! This follows my own experiences having struggled with endometriosis, hysterectomy, surgical menopause, chronic constipation and more. I have created the VTB 5 Foundations of Health & Wellbeing, which are:

These are the 5 areas that I believe need to be equally acknowledged and understood in order to ensure a truly holistic, effective and importantly sustainable approach to overcoming health and wellbeing challenges. This page has been created with the intention of being informative and supportive, without judgements. I also hope to have a little bit fun at times too, as laughter is great medicine! Tomorrow I am getting a hair cut at and donating my hair to the wonderful charity

I've been growing it out so it is long enough for them to use and I'm excited to donate it. ❤️

It cost the charity £700 to make the wigs so if you are able to, please donate towards the costs of this. 🙏🏻

I am so excited to share that my good friend Emily May has become a fellow Tropic Ambassador!
