Hi I am Amy, the host of this page and I am the founder of Vagina Truth Bomb, a lymphatic educator and Women’s Health & Wellbeing Mentor. I created Vagina Truth Bomb I want to help change the narratives and attitudes surrounding women's health & wellbeing to ones that are more POSITIVE & more INFORMED! This follows my own experiences having struggled with endometriosis, hysterectomy, surgical meno

pause, chronic constipation and more. I have created the VTB 5 Foundations of Health & Wellbeing, which are:

These are the 5 areas that I believe need to be equally acknowledged and understood in order to ensure a truly holistic, effective and importantly sustainable approach to overcoming health and wellbeing challenges. This page has been created with the intention of being informative and supportive, without judgements. I also hope to have a little bit fun at times too, as laughter is great medicine! Today was a beautiful day for supporting Tom running a 10K ☀️

He did so well and we are so proud of him. ❤️🦚

Monty, Waffle & I cheered and clapped on all the runners on the final Westward stretch ensure we supported until the end! I actually bruised my hand from excessive clapping 🤣👏🏻👏🏻

Well done to everyone who took part, runners and organisers/volunteers etc 👏🏻

Then we visited for an epic Sunday lunch 😋

The first VTB Luna & Lymph Connection Circle is this Sunday 7th at 7pm!

Providing a space within our busy lives for some nourishing ritual and of course connection.

Luna & Lymph Connection Circle is a Monthly Full Moon Gathering and Ritual.

The Full Moon is the perfect time to come together and release all that is no longer serving us, and give thanks and celebration for everything else!

We will also share the the magic of connection! And of course get our lymph flowing!
