Yesterday I attended a beautiful gathering of women. We sat in sacred circle on the most beautiful land in Leeds. It was a really beautiful and nourishing day. One of the ladies who held space read out a beautiful piece of writing. It touched me deeply so I’m sharing it here with you. ❤️✨🌙

Be gentle with yourself, dear one

I know life feels heavy for you right now

It's okay to take a moment and rest

You are so deeply loved and I want you to know that you are not walking this path alone

Even though you may feel alone, you are not alone

There is an abundance of light beings by your side, right now

You may not hear them, you may not see them

But know that they are there

At night as you sleep. In the morning when you wake. And in those moments when you shed a tear. They are there by your side

So if you're reading this and you feel alone in the heaviness, the darkness, the cloudiness

Then know this

You are more loved and supported than you will ever know 🤍🤍🤍

Channeled guidance from Source for humanity 🤍

It is time to move out of the 3D paradigm and into a high vibrational paradigm.

This higher vibrational state will lead to a more peaceful internal state of being.

It brings with it joy and love.

For you humans that are so in tune with conflict on the inner and outer world, and we ask you to protect your peace.

We ask you to return to love, for yourself, and share this with your loved ones, and those you come into contact with.

We understand there are challenges, but do bear in mind perception, and all of that brings with it.

What you may feel is challenging, but it may affect someone else completely different. So tune into your heart, place both hands on your heart and ask to be shown the highest and best way in these moments of uncertainty, in these moments of turmoil and inner conflict and sadness.

Honour these, of course, but ask to be shown another way, for there is polarity in everything. Stay true to who you are and be the beacon of life for others and humanity. For it is in these moments of uncertainty, do you reach out and touch the hearts of someone else. It is the smallest gestures, dear ones, for you create a ripple effect around the world when you do, one breath, one moment, one act of love can change everything, more than you realise beyond your physical senses. The unseen is the reality, the 3D is always playing catch up.

Call on your guides for support. You are not alone in this dear ones and we are walking this path with you.

Sprinkle the magic, share your smile, and love yourself.

✨ August Meditation Circle ✨

This month’s meditation circle was such a beautiful reminder of why I love holding this space.

Some ladies arrived feeling anything but relaxed, and by the end, they looked as though they’d taken off a heavy backpack they’d been carrying.

And then came the magic during the meditation✨

💫 One experienced herself in China, working in the rice fields
💫 Another was gifted a beautiful gold ring
💫 One saw a black obsidian pyramid
💫 And one encountered another attendee’s spirit guide

Different experiences. Different messages. Different journeys.

But each received exactly what they needed in that moment 🤍

This is why I love meditation ✨

You never quite know where your soul will take you 🤍
