Losing weight successfully is about so much more than the food that you eat. 🤔
It's about a mindset shift and removing everyday obstacles that makes us believe we can't lose weight.
We all have habits that stick with us throughout our lives, starting from when we were very small. So we know how hard breaking habits are. ☺️
💭Did your parents tell you to eat everything on your plate at dinner or you won't get a pudding or you won't be excused from the table?
💭Every time you fill up your car at a fuel station you can't resist picking up a high fat/ sugar snack?
I'm not saying these are the reasons why you are heavier than you want to be, but these are habits.
We will ask you to think about what does get in your head and have a plan to change that habit and to make new healthy habits stick.
Having a positive mindset can set you free to get the weight loss results you'd love 💕
