💙 This is why I do what I do.

Since attending one of my su***de awareness sessions, 18 people have come forward to me after having either a su***de plan or a su***de attempt.

They are now receiving the help and support they need.

That’s 18 people who spoke up.
18 people who were heard.
18 people who took a step towards support.

If one conversation can help someone reach out, it’s a conversation worth having.

🎤 I’m passionate about creating safe spaces for honest conversations around su***de, mental health and hope.

Let’s keep talking. Let’s keep reaching people. Let’s keep changing lives.

🌿 Sunday reflection.

Take a moment today to pause and reflect.

What have you been carrying?
What have you overcome?
Who has been there for you?
And who might need you to check in on them?

As a su***de awareness speaker, I’m reminded every day that connection matters.

Sometimes a simple “How are you really doing?” can open a door to a conversation that someone desperately needs.

Take care of yourself. Check in with others. And remember — it’s okay not to be okay. ❤️

🎤 Turning Trauma Into Triumph

My story is one of adversity, resilience and hope — and I’m passionate about using my experiences to help others feel less alone.

As a su***de awareness speaker, I bring honest, powerful and meaningful conversations to schools, workplaces, organisations and communities.

If you’re looking for a speaker who will connect, challenge and inspire, I’d love to hear from you.

💙 A moment in time that changed my life forever.

One moment, I was a normal dad.

The next, I was a bereaved-by-su***de dad.

Losing my son changed everything — who I was, how I saw the world, and the path I would take from that moment forward.

Today, I share my story to raise awareness, break the silence around su***de, and help others know they are not alone.

Sometimes our greatest pain can become our purpose.

☀️ Sunday reminder: hold on to hope.

Some days are harder than others. Sometimes you can’t see what tomorrow might bring.

But a difficult day is not the whole story.

As a su***de awareness speaker, I’ve seen the power of one conversation, one person listening, and one reason to keep going.

If today feels heavy, you don’t have to carry it alone. ❤️

Keep going. Keep talking. Keep hoping.

💙 World Mental Health Day

Today is a reminder that mental health matters — every day, not just today.

As a su***de awareness keynote speaker, I’m passionate about creating honest conversations, breaking down stigma and reminding people that asking for help is a strength, not a weakness.

Let’s check in. Let’s listen. Let’s talk.

One conversation could make a difference.

💬 Let’s talk about su***de.

Mental health and su***de shouldn’t be taboo.

Asking “Are you thinking about su***de?” can open the door to an honest conversation and support.

Let’s break the silence, listen without judgement, and remind people they don’t have to struggle alone. ❤️

One conversation can make a difference.
