I am blessed to have had Reiki and the 5 Reiki Principles filtering through my life, personally and professionally, for nearly 20 years.

The Five Reiki Principles weave throughout everything I do in the yurt, whether I’m guiding breathwork, using EFT or EMMETT, offering Reiki or holding space for an animal or a group.

Just for today…

🌿 I will not worry

A grounding breath in the yurt helps us return to the present moment.

🌿 I will not anger

With Reiki and EFT, anger is gently heard, softened and released.

🌿 I will give thanks for my many blessings.

For the warmth of the yurt, the trust in the space and the healing that unfolds.

🌿 I will do my work honestly

I blend modalities intuitively and authentically, meeting each being where they are.

🌿 I will be kind to every living thing

People, animals and ourselves included. Kindness is the thread in every session.

These simple principles guide every session and help create a life… and a space… rooted in calm, compassion and connection.

I feel so humble. So blessed. So inspired.

I have just facilitated a 2 hour ‘mini-retreat’ for an amazing group of friends. If we all had friends like that in our corner, the world would be a much better place.

Each woman has a ‘story’ - we all do but these were significant stories - and I was blown away by the empathy, the strength of the friendship bond and the importance they placed on taking time for each other and as a group.

What a privilege to welcome them to the yurt. We laughed, we cried, we looked out for each other and I have been left feeling so humble and so privileged to have met them.

I love my ‘job’. ❤️

I’m offering a limited number of sessions on a sliding scale to support accessibility while sustaining my practice.

£20 — Supported Rate

For those experiencing financial difficulty, low income or unexpected hardship.

(4 spaces per month)

£40 — Standard Rate

A balanced rate that reflects the value of the session and supports the continuation of this work.

£60 — Supporter Rate

For those who are financially comfortable and would like to help make sessions accessible to others.

Do you have a dog that you love?!

Many of you already know that I work with humans AND animals.

My why is to create calm, grounded spaces where healing, connection and self-trust can return, so that people AND animals can reconnect with safety, compassion and their natural capacity to heal, both mentally and physically.

We all hold emotions/memories in our bodies that affect us physically - 2 and 4 legged beings alike.

Would you like to learn a simple method to help keep your dog feeling comfortable and at ease?

This one day course is an opportunity to share something very special with your canine friend. It contains 6 moves which have been specially selected from the Dog EMMETT Technique Practitioner Course.

The course is conducted over 6 hours. No prior experience is necessary to attend a course. It can be taken by anyone over 16 years old.

Taking a few days to slow down, soak up the sunshine and rest 🌞✨

Time away is so important for our wellbeing. Sunshine helps boost vitamin D, supports our mood and encourages us to reconnect with nature and ourselves. Rest gives the nervous system a chance to reset, helping us return feeling calmer, clearer and recharged.

I’m taking a little break to rest, breathe and relax. Looking forward to coming back refreshed!

Until then… be gentle with yourselves and remember to make space for rest too 🌿
