Living Mindfully sessions on a Thursday evening (7PM-8PM) provide an opportunity to wind down, relax and prepare for the weekend.

You will be introduced to skills and strategies that can be applied to daily life, enabling us to lead a more mindful life, as well as having tools to enable us to overcome the stresses and strains we may encounter through the week.

The skills and strategies shared include mindfulness, meditation, 16 Guidelines and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)/Tapping.

Whether you meditate regularly or have never ever practised mindfulness, this is for you. I guarantee we will have fun along the way!
