Still buzzing from yesterday—huge congratulations to one of my patients for completing the London Marathon 🏃‍♂️

This one means a lot. There were moments along the way where things weren’t straightforward, but through patience, consistency, and a lot of hard work, they kept showing up and moving forward - the guy is a machine!!

To see it all come together on race day is exactly why I love what I do, an absolute honour to help him, provide any information & treat the injuries.

Proper graft, proper resilience—and an incredible achievement. Time to soak it all in and recover.
