So we approach the end of the summer holidays! How do you all feel about that ? Do you loose routine when the kids are off?
I’m really looking forward to September! It’s my favourite time of year! And I always say it’s the countdown to Christmas 🎅 🤪 sorry to say it!

So who is going to join me getting back on plan after a very long summer 😘

This evening I had fish and salad!

I’m not a massive fish fan and my members how I feel about it ! But it was good!

Little family night out l! Minus the hubby 😢

Little treat for the kids of Nando’s and bowling!

I absolutely love eating out and knowing that I can food optimise while out!! How good is that? And I’m absolutely full to the brim!!!!!

Chicken was 2 1/2 swips with the skin! I didn’t eat the skin, never have never will.

My rainbow slaw was 5 swips and delicious 🤤

Corn on the cob - free as no butter!

Then onto a little bowling session ( I won somehow!) and now they are playing darts!

What a good night!

There is absolutely no way I’m standing in front of the oven tonight!!!!

I know it’s a curry and it’s hot but it’s sooooo good and convenient!

I like a mixed platter- grapes, cheese, crackers and a bit of chocolate- all on plan!
