⚜️Apoptosis (cellular destruction) How does MetaPWR™ Essential Oil Blend reduce adipose fat cells❓

💧When all five of these essential oils—Grapefruit, Lemon, Peppermint, Ginger and Cinnamon—are combined
at the right ratios, something powerful can happen. Preclinical research suggests ingestion of the essential
oil blend may help reduce the amount of fat stored by your fat cells, but more confirming clinical research is
needed.

Does dōTERRA have scientific support that MetaPWR™ Essential Oil Blend works❓
Recent preclinical research on the MetaPWR™ Essential Oil Blend suggests it can limit the development of new
fat cells and growth of existing fat cells, but more confirming clinical research is needed.

How can I benefit from MetaPWR™ Essential Oil Blend❓
Daily use of this proprietary essential oil blend can be part of a healthy, active lifestyle in other ways. Limonene,
a prominent chemical compound in the product, may support a healthy metabolism when ingested, and
Peppermint essential oil—one of the ingredients—has been shown to enhance exercise performance when
consumed. The essential oil blend also has an uplifting, stimulating aroma that can be incorporated into daily
routines supporting individual goals. 🙌

Does the suggested daily dose of MetaPWR™ Essential Oil Blend provide me with the same amount as
what was used in the studies❓
The dose used in the MetaPWR™ Essential Oil Blend adipogenesis studies is physiologically relevant. The
multiple use forms (softgel, beadlet, essential oil blend) are formulated to provide both a safe and effective dose
of essential oil throughout the day. Direct dosing between in vitro studies and in vivo application is a complicated
process that involves future dōTERRA research and clinical confirmation.

✔️Research on MetaPWR™ Essential Oil Blend shows it can pause the growth of adipose fat cells. 🥳

What about fat that’s already been deposited❓
Preclinical research on the MetaPWR™ Essential Oil Blend suggests it can limit the development of new fat
cells and growth of existing fat cells. More confirming clinical research is needed, and dōTERRA is committed to
continuing research on this important topic.

For years, the question has often been:

“Why do women end up in abusive relationships?”

Why does she stay?
Why did she miss the signs?
What childhood made her vulnerable?
What attachment pattern does she have?
What trauma made her susceptible?

And yes, there is value in understanding vulnerability.

But sometimes I think we have spent so much time studying the women who were harmed that we forget to ask the more obvious question:

Why are so many people choosing to abuse?

Because women do not create domestic abuse by being vulnerable.

Children do not create abuse by needing safety.

Trauma does not create abuse by existing.

Perpetrators create abuse.

Coercive control is not a misunderstanding. It is not a bad temper. It is not “relationship problems”. It is a pattern of behaviour designed to reduce another person’s freedom, confidence, safety, reality and ability to leave.

And when you have lived through it, the questions can become brutal.

How did this happen to me as a child?
How did it happen again with someone I loved?
How did the systems that were meant to protect me end up making me feel exposed, doubted or unsafe all over again?

That is the part people often do not understand.

Abuse does not just damage your body or your circumstances. It gets into your nervous system. It makes you question your own judgement, your own memory, your own instincts, your own reality.

So when society keeps asking, “Why her?”
That question can become another layer of harm.

Maybe the better question is:

Why him?

Why the entitlement?
Why the control?
Why the cruelty?
Why the manipulation?
Why the belief that another person’s fear, body, money, children, home, peace or silence belongs to you?

This is not about removing responsibility from survivors to heal.

It is about putting responsibility back where it belongs.

Survivors can study themselves forever.

But no amount of self-awareness in women will end domestic abuse if we are still too uncomfortable to properly study, challenge and stop the behaviour of perpetrators.

Maybe the shift is simple:

Less “Why did she end up there?”

More “Why was he allowed to keep doing it?”

“Try to just forget about it.”

“You really need to get over it.”

These aren’t words of support.

What they’re often really saying is:

“Survive it. Find a way to cope with it in the moment. Heal in isolation. Mask it in public. Win quietly. And don’t take up too much time or space while you do it.”

Healing doesn’t work like that.

People don’t need permission to simply exist. They need supportive people, practical strategies, understanding, safety and time.

Too often, those things are replaced with dissociation, neglect and medication.

Surviving is not the same as healing.

Healing begins when people are given the space, support and tools to rebuild their lives—not when they’re expected to carry their pain more quietly.

That’s why I choose practical ways anyone can begin supporting themselves using nature, evidence-informed approaches, and resources that are already freely available online.

I believe everyone deserves access to the knowledge, support and tools that can help them heal.

If this resonates with you, follow my journey—or begin your own ❤️‍🩹

Trauma doesn’t just change the way we think.

It changes the way the nervous system responds.

That’s why supporting it matters. 🌿

“Awake Now”

You liked us better when we didn’t look up,
Heads in the bassline, plastic cups up,
Laughing through lectures, skipping the news,
Too busy living to question your views.

We were your quiet — your comfortable crowd,
Background noise, never thinking too loud,
Feet at your table, feeding the game,
Signing our futures without knowing your names.

You called us reckless, soft, and naive,
While cashing the trust we forgot to retrieve,
We numbed out the pressure, danced through the strain,
Turned pain into parties, loss into flame.

Didn’t clock wars or the deals in the dark,
Didn’t trace money or follow the spark,
Didn’t ask why every system felt bent —
We just kept coping… and called it “content.”

You loved that version — pliable, sweet,
Lambs in the pasture that stayed at your feet,
Too overwhelmed to question the cost,
Too disconnected to notice the loss.

But something shifted — a crack in the screen,
Truth started leaking through places unseen,
We paused the music, we lifted our heads,
Started connecting the dots that you spread.

Now we’re awake — and it’s not so fun,
Seeing the damage that’s already done,
Reading the fine print, tracing the thread,
Hearing the things that were never said.

We learned your language, we studied your tone,
Not from your speeches — from cracks in the stone,
From lived experience, pressure, and strain,
From trying to build while you played your game.

You don’t like this — this version of us,
Less easy to lead, less willing to trust,
We’re not your silence, we’re not your disguise,
We’re the generation that finally challenges your lies.

Not perfect, not polished — but painfully clear,
We see the systems, we feel the fear,
And while you debate what you’ll never repair,
We’re here in the aftermath… and we actually care.

You fed on our distance, our lack of demand,
Now we’re informed — and we understand,
You didn’t expect us to sharpen our sight…
But lambs grow teeth when they wake to the light.
The “sheeple” are awake now and willing to fight.
