Look my little hanging tub of salad leaves, they made it ❤️🌱

Leaves that are good for us, how many of you don't wash your salad when you buy it in a bag says pre washed so why would you 🤷‍♀️ but you really must they do have chemicals on them that aren't great for us 😉

My parents have for as long as I know grown their own!

So easy just sprinkled mixed salad seeds in a deepish tub, covered them & when they started to grow popped some more in another deepish for a continued supply!

I use a spray to water them until their more established, so easy, so tasty and better for us 🌱

What an inspirational day, Thursday wasn’t quite as planned missed cheering on our Nina but felt we should still go and support our amazing Tropic girls as all in memory of the lovely Emma who so sadly passed away and Macmillan charity 💚 You Tropic girls totally smashed it 💪
Spent the journey and day with Sabrina, Met Suzie ma who is just the loveliest of humans and most of all spent the day with my Jaymie 😍
