It’s been such a busy few weeks at Lind Street Osteopathy, and I’m feeling incredibly grateful for everyone who continues to book in, recommend me and support my little business. It really does mean so much. 🕯️

With just a few more clinic days before my holiday, I’m looking forward to taking a little break and coming back feeling refreshed and ready for a busy autumn ahead. 🤍

Just a little heads-up that Lind Street Osteopathy will be closed from 5th September - 21st September.

If you’ve been thinking about booking an appointment, I’d recommend booking in advance, as appointments before and after my break are likely to fill up quickly.

You can still book online at any time, and I’ll reply to any messages/emails as soon as I can once I’m back.

Happy 1st Birthday to my beautiful golden girl, Laika! 🐾🎂🤍

If you’ve visited Lind Street Osteopathy, you may have been greeted by a little golden face peeking out of the window as you arrived. 🪟

Thank you to everyone who has asked to meet Laika and given her lots of cuddles over the past year. She absolutely loves the attention and has brought so many smiles to the clinic.

Looking back at this photo, I had no idea where the journey would take me. 🎓

People often ask why I became an osteopath. The answer is actually quite simple: I’ve always enjoyed helping people.

What drew me to osteopathy was the opportunity to work closely with people, understand their individual stories and help them get back to doing the things they enjoy. No two people are the same, and no two days are the same either.

After four years of study, I graduated with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy with Distinction. Completing my degree wasn’t always straightforward, and there were times when managing my own health challenges alongside my studies made things particularly difficult. Looking back, that achievement is something I’m incredibly proud of.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of meeting so many wonderful people and helping them navigate everything from recent injuries to long-standing aches and pains.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their care and supported Lind Street Osteopathy so far. Here’s to continuing the journey. ✨

Rest isn’t something that has to be earned. It’s an important part of recovery and looking after your health. 🌸☁️
