WOW… the photos really speak for themselves.
Katie has been in maintenance for a few years, but recently started adding just 5 minutes of exercise a day… & look at the difference.

Her waistline and tummy have reduced, muscle mass has increased, & both body fat & visceral fat have dropped. Most importantly, she’s feeling so much healthier.

Kate… I’m incredibly proud of you 👍 well done 👏 ###

Incredible results from this lovely young lady, who has lost nearly a stone and dropped two dress sizes… the jeans say it all!

It’s always amazing to see transformations like this, but it’s also a great reminder that it’s not just about weight loss. It’s about how we feel within ourselves… building confidence, improving our mindset, & feeling happier overall. A huge well done 👏.

This lovely lady, Hilary, has only gone and done it… she’s hit her all time best with a total weight loss of 4.65kg (just over 10lb).
Her words for this are “great support equals great results… what a fab team”. So lovely to hear.
