Slimming World Kelso with Jackie Watts

10/10/2026

‘My Slimming World group helped me believe in myself again 😍’.

Ally joined Slimming World after a heart-to-heart with her daughter left her worried for her long-term health. She’d struggled with her weight for a while but was now determined to be around for her kids for as long as possible 🤗.

Now 7st (44.5kg) lighter, Ally is bubbly, bright and bouncing around in her favourite pair of dancing shoes. Tap here to read her story: https://www.slimmingworld.co.uk/real-life-stories/ally-wainman – then come along to my Abbey Row Community Centre, Kelso group and start your own Slimming World journey ❤️.

Following a heart-to-heart with her daughter, Ally Wainman lost 7st (44.5kg) with Slimming World, rebuilt her confidence and stepped back into her dancing shoes
