Reflexology stimulates blood flow and also activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is a precious state where the body rests, repairs, and heals itself.

Generally treatments help ease physical discomfort, release emotional tension, and calm the busy mind. Your body meets energy, and your body’s wisdom takes the lead.

🎉 finally the bridge is open 🎉 thank you to everyone who has continued to come for their appointments 🙏

Brigsteer Bridge is now OPEN ✅ to vehicles under 3 tonnes, all pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians

At 1.40pm today, the barriers were removed and two way traffic was allowed back onto the bridge, restoring an essential connection for our local residents who have felt the impact of its closure.

We understand the restriction will be disappointing drivers of vehicles over this weight, however these measures have ensured the bridge could be opened at the earliest opportunity.

Our focus is now on completing structural assessments and checks for Underbarrow Bridge, with the aim of reopening it under a weight restriction once it is confirmed to be safe.

Ongoing investigations will also assess whether it is possible to further improve the weight limit on Brigsteer Bridge.

With Brigsteer Bridge now reopened, we hope our communities enjoy safely accessing the wonderful local businesses and pubs in the area, as well as the much-loved walks up the Scar and scenic cycling routes this weekend.
