Sorry it’s taken so long to get another one out but this time round it’s our very own Helen sharing her story 🥰
This was very much out of Helen’s comfort zone so I feel incredibly proud of her and privileged to sit down and chat with her about her journey, not only navigating the mainstream school system but also the challenges of parenting solo and the fight to ensure your child gets what they are entitled to. 👑 PDA Devon Family Fun Day 2026!

🥵 The year of the heatwave!
🐹 Not safe for animals
🏰 Bouncy Castle was being sprayed with water to stop burns
🦇 Even too hot for Batman to come and see us!

But…. You still showed up to support us and we have never been so grateful!

A huge THANK YOU to every single one of our volunteers who gave up their time to help us, to our BEAUTIFUL princesses who made dreams come true for lots of children, and every single person who helped us raise a huge….

Things you might want to know -

🚗 Free parking outside the hall

😎 Don’t worry there will be lots of shade!

🍦We have ice lollies for sale to help cool us down

📚 A quiet space for anyone feeling like it’s getting a bit too much

🚻 Toilets in the centre and disabled access/change space.

👑 Belle and Cinderella are super excited to meet you all! Come and have your photo taken with them

🦇 Batman will be arriving in his Batmobile at 1.30pm!

🎟️ Raffle tickets for sale on the door

🐹 Animals will be safely at home out of the heat this year
