Just a reminder that my cancellation policy is that I do require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule appointments or they will still be charged.

I have had so many changes this week and cancellations on the day it has a huge impact on my week. I currently have a 4 week wait for an appointment but with such short notice I am not always able to re-fill.

Sorry I hate to put posts like these and I really don’t like charging for missed appointments and obviously I do give some exceptions but as stated it does have such a huge impact.

It has been over 4 years since I last introduced myself, how time flies and so much has changed!

I have been an holistic therapist for almost 6 years now and I love my job. I am always looking to do my next course.
I love all treatments and everything holistic, breathe work, meditation, being outside, hiking, the sea, the sunshine ☀️ a sauna, cold water dipping.

I am based in Kerry and I have three children Jude, Flo and Albie. Life is chaos so I really am mastering to practise what I preach, I also have treatments as regular as possible to keep me balanced. I used to be based in Churchstoke and known as Willow Wellbeing but I decided to re-brand as everyone knows me as Michelle so I now just go by my name Michelle Francis so I’m easier for you to find.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage - Vodder technique, feels subtle, but it’s extremely powerful as our superficial lymphatic system is just right under the skin - too much pressure will collapse these vessels leaving the treatment ineffective.

This technique is extremely relaxing and you are highly likely to fall asleep.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage is unlike muscle massage which requires deep pressure, lymphatic drainage is a delicate shifting technique.

The lymphatic system is there to collect waste from your tissues, your lymph transports the waste to your lymph nodes for processing.

The most effective massage for management of swelling, it can give a reduced feeling of pressure and heaviness.

Reproductive Reflexology is becoming my most popular treatment so I thought I would do a post about how I came to specialising.

My own fertility journey, it took a long time to conceive my older two children, luckily it was naturally but I understand how when you are living it, every month feels like a lifetime. I started Reflexology and Accupuncture, with my first I conceived within 3 months and my second I conceived after 6 months, after years of trying for both.

I fell in love with Reflexology and decided to train myself so I could support others the same as I had been supported. And now I can’t tell you how happy it makes me to receive your baby news 🥰

Hormones can play a major role in skin health and I used to think that hormones were out of my control but balancing hormones naturally is very possible. Here are some evidence-based ways to support hormone balance:

NUTRITION

• Stabilize blood sugar: Focus on protein, healthy fats, and high-fiber carbs to avoid insulin spikes.
• Eat cruciferous veggies (broccoli, kale, cauliflower): They support estrogen metabolism.
• Healthy fats (avocados, olive oil, nuts, seeds, fatty fish): Support s*x-hormone production.
• Avoid ultra-processed foods and excess sugar, which stress insulin and cortisol.
