The most delicious of dinners! Shredded chicken, white cabbage and pomegranate salad with Tahini dressing from an recipe card was simply scrummy 😋 And the obligatory homemade chips of course 🤣🤣

Another blooming’ gorgeous brekky in group this morning thanks to Slimming World Kettering with Angela - the most Summery, delicious concoction that you can find on the app - tropical fruits, vanilla fat free yoghurt and crunchy tropical granola 🍍🥭🍋‍🟩- great start to the day 💪
Just what I needed having gained 1.5 pounds on my weekend away - so good to be in group getting motivation for the week ahead and NEVER feeling any judgement ❤️

They say you eat with your eyes first so every now and again I like to make an effort! This dinner was 2/10 for cooking effort as the lentil curry was already in the freezer so all I had to do was pan fry the salmon and ensure a crispy skin! The ‘raita’ was just FF yoghurt and mint sauce and the rice, well, just rice! Tasted delicious and only 0.5 swips for the mint sauce 💪🐟☀️
