The heat has gone to me head lack of sleep you know but today’s video is about how the nhs kept me trapped for 10 years and how I use the money that once fuelled my addiction to fuel my recovery and keep me clean sober and healing, I added up how much I was spending a week in take out, drugs and alcohol etc, and used that to keep me clean and sober by pooling it in a pot every month and using that money I once pi**ed up the wall on the healthy things that keep me here and making memories, most people spend well over £100 on take out a month I personally think that money is better spent on a good therapist that helps me continue on the never ending healing path because there comes a point you do so much healing alone, you actually are ready to call in an expert with fu***ng life experience and fu***ng empathy 🥰 if anyone is wondering is my current therapist and she is amazing okayyyyyy 😎👊 peace

I honestly never understood happiness, it was something I witnessed and mimicked but never experienced, until I started letting go of all the people who where indeed massively toxic and harmful I pretended to join in on happiness, I knew when to giggle laugh smile, the whole time hyper aware I’m being watched and judged on said performance to keep up appearances, turns out true joy and authentic happiness you don’t notice who’s in the room let alone who’s judging, that warm flow that gushes like glitter through your body and lights up your heart, it’s in the moment magic ✨
