So many women tell me they feel overwhelmed by wellness.

Too much information.
Too many opinions.
Too many people telling them what they should be doing.

This month's FEM gathering is an invitation to do the opposite.

To slow down.
To tune in.
To better understand yourself.

Yes! We will be away down the west coast of Ireland having fun in our camper van! 😀

I know we are a fair bit away from August, but I want to let you know so that anyone who needs to can stock up on their medicine to see them through ❤️

You will still be able to get everything in

You can get creams in Ethical Weigh

You can get teas and the hot chocolate in The Fat Fox Café

If you're further afield, just make sure you get your orders in by mid July so I'm not swamped before heading off to chill! 🥰

On a rainy day I still had so much fun at the Find your flower medicine workshop at Number19 Craft and Design in the Craft Village in Derry.

Thank you to all the lovely folk who stopped by to find out which flower is seekijng to support you.

We discovered that quite a few needed the Creative Spark of Iris and the Rebirth energy of Dandelion.
