I got rid of 3 years of chronic pain in less than 3 months without using painkillers.
My lower body was really struggling. Both of my hips were stiff and sore, bending my knees was painful and my foot had arthritic painβ¦ not a fun time! π
I implemented several daily practices to help regulate my nervous system.
This gave my body the support it needed in order to release the pain.
The body heals itself:
β’ I engaged in frequency and energy work twice a day.
β’ Imprinted my water to target βpainβ every day.
β’ Lay on an acupressure mat every night.
β’ And, of course, regular breathwork.
I am so relieved and grateful now that Iβm 100% pain free and I genuinely mean 100%. π₯³
From February to April, the change in the level of pain was subtle, almost to the point where I hadnβt realised the pain was gone!
It looks like I was doing a lot but there is rarely a one-size fits all treatment, which is why I did all of the above... because more often than not, there is no quick fix when it comes to pain.
The body works holistically as a whole so you want to be working WITH it.
Because painkillers donβt heal you, they just block the pain receptors.
