Grief can come from many places. It isn’t always the loss of a loved one, anywhere we experience an ending where we were deeply invested, grief can be a part of the process. It important to allow ourselves to feel the loss whilst holding self compassion dear. Sometimes just living minute by minute, hour by hour is all we have. Until slowly life starts to offer moments of colour once again.
