🌟 Sammie’s Review Day – What a Week! 🌟

Absolutely blown away by Sammie’s progress this week! 👏

At the beginning of the week, we sat down together and planned out a food diary. This is something we offer all our members to help take the guesswork out of their week and set them up for success.

Sammie followed her plan consistently, trusted the process, and the results speak for themselves…

🔥 Just over 5lbs lost in only 4 days! 🔥

But it’s not just about the scales:

✅ Smaller clothes
✅ Nearly back into her jeans
✅ Feeling healthier
✅ Feeling brilliant
✅ Improved measurements

Absolutely smashing it, Lynn! 👏

The results speak for themselves:

✨ Visceral fat reduced
✨ Physique score improved
✨ Muscle mass maintained
✨ Inches lost all over

But what stands out most is the confidence shining through in these photos. The difference between the before and now picture is incredible! 🔥

Today has been lovely 🥰❤️

A late get-up and a nice, slow morning with a cuppa ☕

While I was having a rest, hubby cleaned the whole house (absolute hero 😘).

We then did some strength training 💪 with plenty of silliness thrown in too 😂.

Next up was the ice bath 🥶. It was absolutely Baltic ,I nearly cried getting in! But once I’d done it and got out, my body felt incredible.

We then took Willow to the park. She absolutely loves it and got to burn off some energy ❤️.

Tea tonight was a beautiful steak flatbread yummy

Back home and we finished packing for Kraków 🇵🇱. Eeeek! So excited to be going away with the team ✈️❤️

Then it was hot baths, a pamper session, and some of the best skincare around ✨

Now I’m in my PJs, ready to snuggle up in bed and watch The Walking Dead before sleep 🛌📺

Sometimes the simple days are the best days ❤️

So guys

I don’t know if you seen my post about my challenge

Anyway I went on a 30 day shred , I wanted to fit into a size 6 jeans that summer got me! I was a size 10 x

I’ve been doing this shred for 12 days I’ve dropped 3k in weight and I now fit comfortably in those size 6 jeans not only that they are now too bloody big lol xx

I’ve dropped body fat , got rid of bloating and built muscle but I’m not showing you my muscle poses 😂😂x

I’m feeling strong and healthy

I’m really proud of myself and feeling incredible xx

Loving it xx
