Well I did it. I had to go and get a retirement doggy buddy.

She's an adorable 18month old toy cockerpoo. She is cute beyond belief, so playful and loving. So if you see us out and about please say hello to us.

Yoga classes in Beverley, and at Bishop Burton resume this week. Start 2024 off on the right foot with a group Hatha Yoga or Chair Yoga class or even 1:1 lessons with Yvette 2stiff4yoga in her home Yoga studio.

I aim to be teaching yoga and enjoying life at 80 too, all being well, with a sprinkle of luck and a good wind behind me.

This is the year I turn 60 and I am grateful for my life and lessons. Learning, seeking, living, with help from loved ones along the way. I wish everyone I know, the health and courage to embrace their best times yet to come.
