Dear Patient,
With the Summer Bank Holiday fast approaching on Monday, 31 August 2026, we want to make sure you have all the regular medications you need to stay safe and well over the long weekend.
GP surgeries and local pharmacies will be closed on the Bank Holiday Monday. Due to high demand before the long weekend, processing and dispensing will take longer than usual.

Please mark these dates on your calendar to ensure your prescription is ready on time:
Latest Order Date: Friday, 21 August 2026
Final Collection Date: Friday, 28 August 2026 (Before 5:00 PM)
Why order early? It takes at least 7 working days to process, sign, and dispense repeat prescriptions during holiday periods.

Due to persistent shortages of several medications, our team is making every effort to source supplies and liaise with GP practices. Patients are kindly advised to submit prescription requests well ahead of time whenever possible. We value our staff's hard work and expect all patients to treat them with respect.
