There’s nothing wrong with smashing a cinnamon bun and a frappe now and then. But if you’re trying to lose weight and doing that every morning, it’s going to make things a lot harder like trying to make progress while you’re letting your own habits bend you over and ruin it every single day.
Just get a coffee and a lower-calorie food option if you’re on the go.
BTW, frappes are banging 🤣
