REIKI or KUNDALINI

For some people, these practices naturally complement each other.
✨️Reiki offers a gentle, supportive foundation—helping the body relax, feel safe, and come back into balance.
✨️Kundalini Activation can then take you deeper—supporting release, expansion, and a more active connection to your own energy.

This is the path I personally followed.
I began with Reiki, experiencing its calming and restorative effects. Over time, I felt called to explore Kundalini Activation, which opened the door to a deeper level of release and transformation.
Having experienced both, I hold space in a way that is grounded, intuitive, and supportive—meeting you exactly where you are.
✨️There’s no “right” order
Everyone’s journey is different.
Some people feel drawn to start with Reiki, others feel ready for Kundalini Activation, and some explore both over time.
What matters most is what feels right for you.
