Aldanat Care offers Residential and Supportive Living services to people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. The Company has an excellent reputation in the industry for providing high quality care and residency for individuals with often highly complex or challenging needs. Some of the Company’s current residents had experienced several placement breakdowns before Aldanat Care provided their service, and have settled and developed in the environments we provide.

Aldanat Care Services is growing, and we’re looking for passionate, dedicated people to join our new services supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in their own bungalows. 🏡💙

✨ WE’RE RECRUITING FOR:

👩‍💼 Frontline Care Manager – £14.25 per hour
💙 PBS Support Workers – £13.75 per hour
⭐ Registered Manager – Salary TBC

Experience is essential for all roles!

LD had his first holiday in 7 years since being supported by Aldanat Care! Wow what a massive achievement for LD. LD was granted a free holiday by Ty the Beach Hut Guy at a local caravan park, Highfield grange, to stay at Harry caravan. With LD never being supported away from his home, Ty was really supportive and allowed him to visit the caravan and site prior to his holiday, so he could build up to staying away. The holiday was amazing for LD, the caravan was fully stocked with food in the fridge, tea and coffee, accondiments and lots of other little extras. There's was lots of games and things to do in the caravan, it was disabled friendly too and lots of different added extras to support different needs and disabilities. LD had everything he needed and so did his staff team. LD loved the facilities, evening entertainment and the pool. Thank you to everyone involved in making this happen for LD, he had such a wonderful time and made lots of memories to last a life time! Ty relies on donations, he provides funded beach hut days in Mersea Island and accessible short breaks in Clacton for families in Essex facing serious challenges.
