I have been working on a few projects for our group and i am not fantastic at being technically minded so i have had a go, and to my surprize and quite proud to say.... i cracked it!.....

So now if you type in FND or type in our group on GOOGLEyou will find lots of information on the group, where we are, times, what we do, about us etc...

New FND (Functional Neurological Disorder) Group sent up in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire

Thank to my Daughter and Son in Law they have 3d printed me my very own FND fidget clickers in the colours of our FND Ashfield & Notts Support Group .

Who would be up for going on a road trip to the Leeds FND Summit 2026 on 13th November?
Hopefully next Year it might come to Nottinghamshire but for now this is the nearest. Could try organise a minibus, train, car share on fuel if anyone can still drive?

Let's see how many signatures we could get and make a change for the life changing diagnosis of Functional Neurological Disorder.
A simple thing that would have a massive impact would be the availability of having a wallet sized expandable card with lots of helpfull , supportive, information, emergency information in to carry & share that's available through the NHS.

You would recieve one on diagnosis by Neurologist, Pick one up in Doctors, Neurorehab Team, Crisis Centres, Pharmacy, Library, Community Centres, workplaces via First Aiders at work or HR Dept. A & E frontline teams with more support & Education on FND.

Have Mind, Samaritans and various organisations come together to produce a small token of informartion but with massive impact on Functional Neurological Disorder and the Community.

Who do you know that would benefit from such a card in there purse, wallet or Lanyard? Please share this petition and we make a difference to many lifes,





Let's make changes, spread awareness and for FND not to be silent out there, for it to be more reconised and supported in all areas.
