I am an accredited Reiki practitioner who likes to help humans and their animal friends. Reiki is a gentle, kind, non-invasive healing energy, which only works for good. It works very well alongside all other health interventions to promote recovery. The benefits of Reiki are endless but include the following:

- Helps to relieve stress and anxiety
- Promotes deep relaxation
- Promotes pain relief


- Calms a busy mind
- Strengthens the immune system naturally
- Relaxes tight muscles
- Energises the whole body
- Adapts to the needs of the individual

I can carry out treatments face-to-face, hands on or off, depending upon client preference, or from a distance. It works equally well wherever you are. I would like to thank all my lovely clients for visiting my Reiki room this year. What an amazing year with some powerful and remarkable results. It has been an absolute pleasure to see how far people have come in achieving their goals and dreams.

I am about to close the Reiki room for the holidays, but I am taking bookings for January. What could be better during those cold days, than a lovely relaxing, cozy healing treatment.

Hi folks !

I know I’ve been very quiet on here lately. I’ve been busy working away doing a bit of HR Consultancy with lovely charity clients. I’ve also had some wonderful time over the summer with my family up visiting and making memories.

Still working hard with our gorgeous Flash helping him come to terms with suburban life 6 months in. He has made massive progress, but still some work to to do with him to help him chill out more. He’s so gentle but his ‘flight’ mode is still strong if he’s scared.

I’m still doing wonderful Reiki treatments for people as well. Still getting some remarkable results, and loving that I can help folks with whatever their particular life challenge may be. It’s what I love to do.

What amazing weather we have been having - truly gorgeous. But it can’t last forever and Autumn brings a different loveliness.

If you’d like a chat and some healing, with or without crystals (this is like a turbo Reiki session!) just let me know. I’d be delighted to help you.
