Apologies for being a bit quiet on here recently — there’s just been a lot going on in life!

The good news is that I’m about to undertake some further training so I can start delivering sessions via Zoom. Future sessions will be available online — and yes, they really can be just as effective (sometimes even more so) because you’re able to relax completely in your own home environment.

I’m also investing in a proper microphone and recording setup, which means not only will you receive your live session, but you’ll also get a recording afterwards to listen back to as often as you’d like.
