Welcome June…

For most, June represents a real halfway moment - even though the actual half way point of the year is July 2nd. For some reason June makes us stop and see (quite alarmingly) how quickly the year is flying by.

And I call these little moments ‘soul nods’…I think it is your brain being alerted by your soul that mindfulness, the ‘pause’, and taking stock - are vital. Perhaps Mother Nature plays a part in this awakening too?

When you receive a soul nod it’s important that you listen, acknowledge receipt and honour its landing.

Let’s do it together…

The year is whizzing by as years will and now is the perfect time to think about what you are missing or what you are wrongly directing precious focus to. Breathe into this moment we are gifted and be aware of how we show up in our own lives and what we could possibly do to make it more fulfilling, in the most basic of ways: more light, peace, comfort, connection, acceptance that life is all things and, of course, more joy.
