Grief has a way of teaching us what truly matters
I faced the pain of losing my Nana without thinking about alcohol for the first time. Instead, I allowed myself to feel, to cry, to remember, and to be grateful. Grateful for the love she gave, for the people who stand beside me, and for the strength that comes from being honest about our emotions.
To anyone struggling: you don't have to carry it all alone. There is courage in vulnerability, healing in connection, and hope in every step forward. Love yourself enough to feel your feelings, and never be afraid to lean on those who care about you.
Life isn't about avoiding the tears. It's about finding the love, joy, and support that help us through them. โค๏ธ
