🌙✨ THREE SACRED INSTRUMENTS • ONE MESSAGE

You’ve chosen your instrument… now let the night carry your intention.

Whether you were drawn to the Shamanic Drum, Singing Bowl or Rain Stick, trust that your choice was made for a reason.

🌿 When we rise in the morning, I’ll reveal the spiritual message held within each sacred instrument.

For now, simply sit with your choice.
Notice what you felt when you first saw it.
Sometimes the first pull is the message itself. ✨

Which one did you choose — 1, 2 or 3?

🌅 Your message awaits you when you rise.

✨ THE POWER OF THREE ✨

Handcrafted with intention, this beautiful copper anklet carries the grounding energy of Dalmatian Jasper — a stone often associated with joy, playfulness, protection and reconnecting with your inner child. 🐾🤎

Dalmatian Jasper is believed to help bring balance between the light and the shadow, encouraging us to release old patterns, stay grounded and remember that life is also meant to be lived, felt and enjoyed.

And then there is copper — an ancient metal traditionally associated with energy flow, connection, grounding and amplification. Many people wear copper jewellery as a beautiful reminder of their connection with the Earth and their own energetic wellbeing. 🌿✨

This anklet has been created around the sacred symbolism of THREE:

Three links.
A crystal-set link.
Three links.
A crystal-set link.

Three represents creativity, expression, growth, harmony and the coming together of mind, body and spirit. It is the number of creation — where an idea becomes something tangible.

And the price?

£33 ✨

Because 33 carries the energy of the Master Number 33 in numerology — often associated with compassion, creativity, service, teaching and raising others through love and wisdom.

So this isn't simply an anklet.

It's a little piece of Earth Alchemy for your journey. 🌿🤎✨

Handcrafted by me, with intention, love and a little sprinkle of magic.

£33

If this one is calling you, send me a message. 🖤

🌿✨ HERB OF THE WEEK ✨🌿

YARROW

The Herb of the Warrior & Sacred Boundaries

Achillea millefolium

There are plants that whisper.

And then there are plants that stand tall and say:

“I know who I am.” 🌿⚔️

This week, we meet Yarrow — an ancient wild plant with a fascinating relationship with healing, protection, courage and boundaries.

And honestly… I think Yarrow has arrived at exactly the right time.

🌿 A LITTLE HISTORY

Yarrow has been used in European herbal traditions for centuries.

Its botanical name, Achillea, is traditionally connected with Achilles, the legendary Greek warrior. Ancient stories tell of Achilles using the plant to tend wounds — giving Yarrow its long-standing reputation as a warrior's herb.

Its species name, millefolium, means “thousand-leaved”, referring to its finely divided, feathery foliage.

You'll often find Yarrow growing in grasslands, verges, meadows and wild places — quietly thriving where other plants might struggle.

🌿 THE HERBAL SIDE

Traditionally, Yarrow has been valued as an aromatic and bitter herb.

Herbal traditions have used it for:

✨ Supporting digestion and appetite
✨ Traditional digestive bitters
✨ Supporting normal sweating during colds and fevers
✨ Traditional menstrual and women's herbal preparations
✨ External use in traditional wound-care practices
✨ Supporting circulation and general wellbeing

Yarrow has also traditionally been used externally for minor cuts and wounds, which is one reason it became so strongly associated with healing and the battlefield.

Modern research has identified a range of interesting plant compounds, but traditional use shouldn't be confused with proven treatment for medical conditions.

🌿 WHAT'S INSIDE YARROW?

Yarrow contains a fascinating collection of botanical compounds, including:

🌿 Flavonoids
🌿 Volatile oils
🌿 Sesquiterpene lactones
🌿 Phenolic compounds
🌿 Polyacetylenes
🌿 Alkaloids and other secondary plant compounds

Its chemistry contributes to the plant's characteristic bitter, aromatic and astringent qualities.

🌿 THE WARRIOR HERB

There's something deeply symbolic about Yarrow's history.

It isn't the biggest plant.

It isn't flashy.

But it has endured.

It grows back.

It adapts.

It holds its ground.

And perhaps that's why the idea of Yarrow as a warrior plant has survived for so long.

Not a warrior looking for battle.

A warrior who knows when to stand, when to protect and when to walk away.

⚔️🌿

🌿 YARROW & SACRED BOUNDARIES

In folklore, Yarrow has been associated with protection and keeping unwanted influences away.

This makes it a beautiful symbolic plant for boundary work.

Not walls.

Not shutting yourself away.

But knowing:

This is mine.
That is yours.
I can love you without carrying you.
I can care without abandoning myself.

That's a very different kind of protection.

And perhaps one of the most important kinds.

🌿 THE WITCHY SIDE

Yarrow has a wonderful place in European folk magic.

It has traditionally been associated with:

✨ Protection
✨ Courage
✨ Love
✨ Divination
✨ Psychic awareness
✨ Healing
✨ Keeping negativity at bay

In some traditions, Yarrow was connected with love divination and questions about future partners.

It has also been carried or kept in the home as a protective herb.

You might work with Yarrow symbolically by:

🌿 Placing dried Yarrow on your altar
🌿 Creating a seasonal protection bundle
🌿 Keeping some beside your journal while doing boundary work
🌿 Using it as part of a ritual for releasing old attachments
🌿 Meditating with the image of Yarrow as a plant that bends without breaking

And here's a beautiful intention to sit with:

“I release what is not mine to carry.”

🌿 DID YOU KNOW?

Yarrow is a member of the Asteraceae family, alongside plants such as daisies, calendula and chamomile.

Its finely divided leaves are responsible for its species name millefolium — “thousand-leaved.”

And those tiny flowers aren't usually one single flower at all…

What looks like one flower head is actually a cluster of many tiny individual flowers. 🌼

Nature really does love a little illusion.

🌿 WAYS TO WORK WITH YARROW

Yarrow has traditionally been prepared in several ways, including:

🌿 Herbal teas
🌿 Traditional tinctures
🌿 Dried herb preparations
🌿 External washes and compresses
🌿 Botanical preparations

If you're using Yarrow medicinally rather than simply enjoying it as a plant, it's worth getting guidance from a qualified herbal practitioner — particularly if you're pregnant, taking medication or managing a health condition.

⚠️ A LITTLE SAFETY WISDOM

Yarrow isn't suitable for everyone.

Avoid medicinal use during pregnancy unless specifically advised by an appropriate healthcare professional.

Because Yarrow belongs to the Asteraceae family, people with allergies to related plants may experience a reaction.

It may also interact with certain medicines, including medicines affecting blood clotting.

And although Yarrow has a long history of traditional wound use, fresh or dried Yarrow shouldn't be considered a substitute for proper wound care, especially for deep, contaminated or serious wounds.

As always:

🌿 Natural doesn't automatically mean harmless.
🌿 Traditional doesn't automatically mean proven.
🌿 And more isn't necessarily better.

✨ THE ALCHEMIST OF LIFE & BREATH REFLECTION ✨

Yarrow reminds me that healing isn't always about becoming softer.

Sometimes healing is learning how to stand.

Learning that you can have an open heart and still have boundaries.

You can forgive someone and still choose distance.

You can love someone and still say no.

You can care deeply without taking responsibility for everybody else's emotions.

You can bend without breaking.

You can grow back.

And you can finally understand that protecting your energy isn't selfish.

It's sacred.

🌿⚔️

You are allowed to decide what gets access to you.

Not every battle is yours.

Not every burden belongs on your shoulders.

Not everything that asks for your energy deserves it.

So this week, let Yarrow ask you:

“What am I carrying that was never mine to carry?”

And perhaps…

It's time to put it down.

✨ A DEEPER REMEMBERING ✨

Saturday’s sacred medicine ceremony opened something in me that I’m still integrating.

As the medicine began to work, I dropped deeply into my body. I experienced incredible cellular and energetic imagery, almost like watching light codes moving through me.

My hands were drawn towards the areas of my body where I was holding the most pain, particularly around my pelvis and left hip.

My fingers moved as though they were tapping a code into my body.

And my hands… they felt ALIVE.

Buzzing. Electric. Powerful.

For me, it felt like an energetic upgrade, as though something had shifted in the way I connect with my own energy and the healing work I offer.

As an Egyptian Reiki practitioner and breathwork facilitator, I’ve always trusted the intelligence of the body and the power of energy, but this experience brought a whole new depth of connection to that.

It reminded me that healing isn't always about finding something outside of ourselves.

Sometimes the medicine simply helps us open the door…

…and remember what was already within us. 🌿🍄✨

I’m continuing to integrate, listen and explore this deeper connection between breath, body, energy and consciousness.

The journey continues. 🤍

🌿🫐 SECOND BATCH OF ELDERBERRY SYRUP 🫐🌿

It’s time for another batch of my homemade elderberry syrup — because one batch simply isn’t going to see us through the winter! 😂

This one is packed with:

🫐 Elderberries
🫐 Blackberries
🫐 Blueberries
🍋 Fresh lemon
🌿 Cinnamon
🌿 Cloves

All cooked down together to create a rich, dark, beautifully spiced syrup. And honestly… it tastes absolutely gorgeous. ❤️

So why do I make this every year?

Elderberries are traditionally used as a winter herbal preparation and are valued for their antioxidant compounds. The berries, along with the other ingredients, bring their own plant goodness too — berries provide polyphenols and vitamin C, while cinnamon and cloves add warming, aromatic compounds.

For me, it’s less about reaching for something when winter arrives and more about preparing while nature is abundant. 🌿

We gather the berries when they’re ready, turn them into something nourishing, bottle it up and store it away so we have our own little winter supply ready when we need it.

There’s something deeply satisfying about knowing exactly what has gone into it and having a cupboard stocked with something I’ve made myself. 🌱✨

A little bit of autumn abundance, bottled up for winter. 🍂🫐
