The Sunday reset you didn’t know you needed… morning movement, yummy food, and good people. 🥣 🍓🍌😋

Our first event in our brand new Brunch Club series is Pilates & Açai Bowls - outdoor park pilates to wake up the body, a gentle walk up to to collect your pre-ordered açai bowl, then sit in, take home, or stroll back to the park to enjoy it together.

Meet yourself where you are.

Life has felt heavy lately, getting back on the mat for the first Yoga in the Park of the year, after my first full week off in 6 months, reminded me to practice what I preach and that not being ok is also ok.

It’s easy to avoid slowing down and checking in with ourselves - thoughts, feelings, emotions - because often we don’t like what’s there.

The mat is always a space to meet yourself where you are. No judgement, no pressure, no guilt. Even if it’s not quite where you want to be or how you want to feel right now.

The practice is exactly that, a practice. Of acceptance and compassion and discipline to come back to yourself time and time again. So here’s a reminder that prioritising your yoga practice doesn’t always ‘feel good’ in the moment but you’ll never ever regret it.

Grateful for all of you that show up for yourselves and this community 🤍✨

We’re back! 🧘🏼‍♀️🌳🌞💫

Movement, nature, sunshine, good vibes… what’s better!?

Join me for Soul Rise Yoga in the sunshine (hopefully 🌞 😆) at Springhead Park, Rothwell.. the perfect way to start your Sunday.

Our first session kicks off Sunday 10th May, 10–11am with an energising yoga flow followed by herbal teas and yummy treats.

Suitable for everyone, whether you’re new to yoga or have practiced before. We’ll move, breathe and enjoy the fresh air 🌞🌳.

Use this breathing practice to release some stress, worries, anxiety or to simply to check in with how you’re feeling right now. Sometimes the best thing you can do it just pause and notice.

Repeat as many times as you need to feel a little calmer and more relaxed.

All you need is a couple of minutes to feel a shift…. Do it!!! 🙏🏼

“Isn’t yoga basically just Pilates?”

I hear this aaaalllll the time 😄
They might look similar… but they work your mind and body in totally different ways.

Pilates gives you strength and support.
Yoga gives you space and calm.

Together? You feel strong AND supple. Grounded AND energised.

Since combining both in my own practice over the last 18 months, I feel SO much stronger and more confident.. not just in my body but in my mind too! 🧠💪🏼

So now I teach both… because you shouldn’t have to choose. 🤷🏼‍♀️
