13 months ago, Yolanda came to me feeling disconnected from herself.
A busy self-employed woman in her early 50s navigating peri-menopause, she felt stuck, low on energy and no longer recognised the strong, active woman she used to be.
In her 20s she was:
Strong.
Fit.
Active.
The type of woman who thought nothing of hauling rocks around the garden 😅
But after pregnancy, years of juggling life and then peri-menopause, her confidence in her body slowly disappeared.
So instead of fighting against her body…we started working WITH it.
By syncing her training with her energy levels and Moon cycle, Yolanda rebuilt her strength, confidence and power in a way that actually felt sustainable 💫
When we first started, even functional exercises with mini dumbbells and wrist weights felt challenging.
Now?

✨ Her 12kg kettlebell no longer feels heavy — even on REBALANCE days
✨ I’ve had to buy heavier weights for her SUPERWOMAN sessions
✨ Her power, balance and stability are incredible
✨ And this July she’s part of my Deadly Dozen relay team — something she never would have imagined a year ago 💪
