💗 Look at the difference a year can make… 💗
Meet Amy who joined our Slimming World group in Rothwell last June is now nearly 5 STONE lighter! ⭐️
Living with Fibromyalgia, Amy came through our doors relying on a walking stick and a mobility scooter. Losing weight hasn’t magically made her symptoms disappear, but the difference it has made to her pain, fatigue and other symptoms has been huge, and with that has come a massive improvement in her mental wellbeing too ❤️
But for me, the biggest transformation is the Amy I see today.
She walks taller.
She walks further.
She believes in herself again.
And she has rediscovered her confidence 🥰
When Amy first joined us, 1,000 steps a day could be a challenge. Today, she consistently achieves 5,000 steps and often many more! 🙌
That’s not just weight loss. That's life changing progress. Amy is living proof that you don't have to be perfect, you just have to keep going. One choice, one week, one step at a time.
She is a true ambassador for what can be achieved when you stick with it, and I couldn't be prouder of her 💗
The Amy who walked through our doors just over 12 months ago is still in there… but she's discovered just how much more she is capable of. ✨
