I can’t tell you how wonderful it feels to be truly seen in the work I offer… the way I hold space and the way I guide.

With transparency: I’m not for everyone and so - of course - there are people who disagree with the above.
But the more I have allowed my individuation rather than trying to belong or appease, the more I am calling in the women ready for my work, and the more amplified my medicine has become.

All. of. these.

Being seen, heard and held in sisterhood is deep and irreversible medicine to the heart and womb.
And it is a medicine needed in our world… after years of women being purposely separated and pitted against one another… because it was known that we are more powerful when we are together 💔

It breaks my heart that we are still in deep repair of the treatment of women … and it shatters me to know that shocking treatment of women still happens today in many parts of the world.

Calling all women who know they are ready for the medicine of sisterhood… we have just a few spaces remaining on our upcoming womb & rose retreat. It’s deep and powerful work.

This may look silly…
But this is medicine.

Sound moving freely through little bodies…
and the adults holding them & leading the way for them.

Voices being used freely, wildly, safely.

Family nervous system regulation doesn’t just happen in silence or forced deep breaths. Sometimes it happens in the car on a long journey where nobody naps & you all go a little crazy 😝

The voice is one of the fastest pathways back to safety 🙏

And for women, the voice and womb are intimately connected.
A silenced voice often lives beside a guarded womb.
A liberated voice creates space for life force to move again.
This is part of what we’ll be remembering together at my upcoming retreat …
through sound, toning, womb connection, expression, presence, and nervous system safety.

There will be no call for perfectly sequenced movement and song…
Just full permission to feel and be fully alive.

I am SO excited for this journey.

My little people will also be with us on retreat 😍
